​​​We reveal a strategic plan to lower Major Medical premiums, shift claims experience, and reduce renewal rates while lowering copays and deductibles for your employees.  On implementation our clients in most cases experience a 15-20% decrease immediately in Major Medical premiums, some have experienced a 40% decrease.  


Small & Large Group Examples:



Example 2: Company with 50+ employees  Is a company with 100+ employees on its health plan and currently provides a customized PPO plan. The plan has a low deductible and is copay driven. After meeting with a Global Benefits Alliance consultant, Company 2 was presented with an alternate plan known as a Modified High Deductible Health Plan (MHDHP) available to companies with over 50 employees on their plan. By moving to this plan, Company 2's premiums are reduced by 25%. Note, moving to the MHDHP plan will increase the amount of out-of-pocket expenses for the employees. The GBA consultant showed Company 2 an analysis pairing the Alliance Secondary Insurance with the MHDHP plan. This pairing resulted in paying the member's copays, deductibles, and coinsurance. As a result, the employees avoided paying more towards medical expenses. In fact, the employees of Company 2 now pay significantly less than they were under their previous higher cost, with more out of pocket PPO plan. The employer still saved 15% even after the addition of the Alliance Secondary Insurance premium.
Example 1: Company with 50 or less employees


Is a company with less than 50 employees on its health plan and currently provides the “Platinum Health Plan.”  After meeting with a Global Benefits Alliance consultant, Company 1 realizes that moving to the “Silver Health Plan” will reduce its premiums by 31%.  However, moving to the Silver Health Plan will increase the amount of out-of-pocket expenses for Company 1’s employees.  

The Alliance consultant showed Company 1 how to properly pair the Alliance Secondary Insurance with the “Silver Health Plan.” Thereby paying the members’ copays, deductibles, and coinsurance; as a result the employees are now paying significantly less out of pocket towards medical expenses than they were under the previous “Platinum Plan.” The employer still saved 21% even after the addition of the Alliance Secondary Insurance premium.
